Bern Open 2026

The Bern Open 2026 was a success!

Thank you! A huge thank you to all the helpers and participants of the Bern Open!

It was, as always, a fantastic event, full of wonderful moments, old friends, physical games, and a great party. The organizing committee outdid themselves again this year and received a lot of positive feedback. You can find the link to Jonas's photos HERE.

  • Playoffs and Finals (Finals around 3pm)

Sport ground

The sport ground is a 10min bus ride out of the city centre. It features two artificial turf fields situated side by side, as well as a tent where you can relax and enjoy some food during your break.

You will also find:

  • Game fields (artificial turf)
  • Food and beverage tent organized by us
  • Accommodation (dormitory)
  • Toilets/Showers
  • ATM
  • Close by shopping mall

 

Getting there

  • Address: Mingerstrasse 22, 3014 Bern

Public transportation

  • Tram Nr. 9 (Towards Wankdorf Station) from the Bern main station until the stop “Wankdorf Center”.

By car

  • Leave the highway at Wankdorf and follow the sign «BERNEXPO».


Accommodation 

Spend one or two nights in a unique accommodation – a civil defence facility situated right next to the field. We recommend bringing a sleeping bag. 

This means that on Saturday and Sunday morning you only have to roll out of bed and then you are almost on the field. You’ll get a spacious room with plenty of beds, along with shared toilets and showers. 

It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience you can't afford to miss!

Secure your slot as a team or  pickup player now!

Register now as a team or pickup player to secure your spot! If you register by November 30, 2025, you’ll receive a CHF 10.00 discount per player on the regular player or fan packages*. Team registrations will only receive the discount if the deposit is also paid by the deadline. 

Tournament fee

We have different packages for the players and the coaches/fans which you can choose from:

Each team must pay a deposit of CHF 200 to complete registration:  In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable until January 31, 2026.

Tournament Player (2 nights)

Registration fee: CHF 130.00 / per player

Included: 

  • Tournament fee
  • 2x overnight stays in civil defence facility (Friday & Saturday)
  • 2x breakfast (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Admission to heated building/tent and players party

Tournament Player (1 night)

Registration fee: CHF 90.00 / per player

Included: 

  • Tournament fee
  • 1x overnight stay in civil defence facility (Saturday)

  • 1x Dinner  (Saturday)
  • Admission to heated building/tent and players party

Tournament Player (WITHOUT overnight stay)

Registration fee: CHF 50.00 / per player

  • Tournament fee
